Reaching and Teaching Every Student Especially the Reluctant Learner

  1. Participants will learn to individualize instruction to utilize the character Strengths of six different personality types, their preferred learning style and how to communicate with them.
  2. Participants will learn how to communicate with and motivate each of the six types so they will keep out of distress and be able to think clearly and learn.
  3. Participants will learn what each type will do in distress and how to intervene positively to invite them out of distress.
