Dr. Michael Gilbert Publishes Process Communication Book for Educational Leaders

Dr. Michael Gilbert, the chair of the Educational Leadership Department at Central Michigan University, published “Effective Communication: A Tool for Educational Leaders” in 2007.  Rowman and Littlefield Education published the book.  In the book, Dr. Gilbert describes the concepts of Process Communication and outlines how educational leaders can use the concepts in leading their schools and school districts.
