The P.E.G.S. Assist inventory© may be used to provide the following;
1) Individual evaluation to give employers or workers a comprehensive, concise description of: personal strengths, gifts and talents; preferred
ways of communicating and viewing the world; environment and organizational structure most conducive to maximizing contributions;
motivational factors necessary for continued satisfaction; predictable pattern of negative and self-sabotaging behaviors that will herald early,
middle , and late signs of distress, fatigue and burnout; and suggestions for specific actions to address distress and negative behavior.
2) Valuable data which link this individual to a source describing over 17,000 different job functions with regard to: subject matter with which they work best; specific ways in which they will interact with this subject matter; general areas of ability in which they will excel and make their greatest contribution; very specific ways that will express or use their abilities most beneficially; and a three digit code that will assist in matching the individual with their "best fit" in a job.
3) A broad based item poll and data base which can be used to: maximize specific worker traits that predict good performance; minimize subtle worker traits that are predictive of poor performance, unreliability, problems at work and costly termination; "clone" best workers for a specific task through a more precise selection process; evaluate teams to ascertain that the necessary components are available for task accomplishment; and select, match, and add individuals to balance or "fill out" a team for a specific task. EEOC guidelines must be strictly adhered to when using this profile for selection and placement.
