Process Communication for Educators
This three day training program is designed to teach educators how to use a process approach to connect with and motivate students so that no student is left behind. They will also learn how to deal with students and colleagues in distress. In addition to the course manual, participants will receive their own individualized profiles which includes their personality structure, strengths, stressors and an action plan for success.

I enjoyed this. I wish I could do this again. I am going to encourage our professional development office to sign you all up to train our principals and teachers. A wonderful experience. All teachers should have this before going into the classroom. Maybe a required course for teachers in college.
