Creating Communities of Caring Seminar
This is a one-day seminar that can be taken in four modules of two hours each. It is designed for nurses. Participants will learn about their own personality structure and dynamics, the six personality types, perceptions, channels, and psychological needs. Individual action plans are offered, as well as strategies to deal with patients and others who are exhibiting signs of psychological distress.
There are no prerequisites.
