The Process Facilitation Seminar
This is a two or three-day program that teaches adventure-based or experiential facilitators how to apply Process Communication in facilitation, stressing the importance of the different personality types, psychological needs, perceptions, and channels. The six major sources of conflict in groups are identified, and formulas are presented to resolve them and enhance effective communication, learning, and productivity. A variety of experiential activities help facilitators integrate the concepts to enhance their existing facilitation soft-skills.
