Establishing Relationships: The Key to Reduce the Dropout Rate

A seventh grade teacher in an alternative school used the concepts of Process Communication to establish relationships with her students. 30 of 31 students improved their grades and/or greatly reduced their disruptive behaviors.    One boy stopped fighting. Two girls stopped cutting themselves and no longer thought about committing suicide.  Participants will learn these concepts.
