Undergraduate Research symposium luncheon speakers

Communications skills for interviewing and the workplace Effective communication is essential when interviewing for employment and for continued success in the workplace.  If interviewees can get on the same wavelength with the interviewer, they greatly improve their chances of being hired or selected for a new position.  Employees who can individualize the way they communicate when interacting with their colleagues, their bosses, or with those working for them will be much happier in the workplace and more successful in their careers.  Participants will learn how to individualize the way they communicate and motivate everyone with whom they come in contact.
