March 28 Workshop: Building & Maintaining a Culture to Support Quality

Participants will learn how to motivate everyone with whom they interact, thereby enabling them to more successfully persuade people to adopt quality tools and standards in performing their duties. They also will learn the indicators of miscommunication as well as intervention strategies they can use to eliminate staff dissatisfaction. Leaders will be able to communicate their vision in ways that are more likely to achieve nearly universal buy-in by their followers.
